The event takeover includes five king bedrooms for 10 guests, one bunk room for 4, and one queen-bottom bunk room for 2-3 more. We quote 16 comfortably and up to 17 by arrangement.

A wedding quote combines the full-property lodging buyout, a tiered event-use fee, required cleaning or site support, and a $3,500 refundable damage/security deposit. Vendor, planner, catering, rentals, transport, and permit costs are separate unless specifically quoted.
